Just in case a video of a fight between the two characters of Patrick Dempsey and Shia LaBeouf isn't enough proof that "Dylan" (rumored name) isn't on the side of angels, how about pictures of him pointing a gun at the character thanks to Johnny T. This is a guess but I think the gun is what leads to the fight as nothing like Transformers attacking to distract you from a target.
Speaking of traveling, here is the info on where Transformers 3 production will be this weekend.

The Chicago Fire Department and Chicago Police Department will supervise the use of special effects and pyrotechnics, including: simulated gunfire, smoke, fireballs, explosions
HELICOPTERS
For brief periods between the hours of 8:00 am – 8:00 pm on both Saturday & Sunday, helicopters will be used for aerial photography along the Chicago River and in the vicinity.
Update: A new video shows that Josh and Tyrese join the fight between Dempsey and Shia. The video description says "Shia Lebouf dies" but nothing in the video shows that possiblity. It simply shows that a scene is being filmed at the Wacker Drive debris set with the four actors. It looks like a continuation of the scene from Tuesday that showed Shia laid out on the ground with Dempsey remaining on top of the column.
